I am writing this at this platform just to aware other customers not to visit this Hotel with their family. I had booked two deluxe room in this hotel in january month for myself and my family through an online portal but while I had visited the hotel the man at reception was not accepting allowing us to check in as because their internet connection was not working and they had not maintained any written record for upcoming bookings, after the argument of one hour when the internet started working they allowed us to check in. The room was good but the service of hotel staff was not up to the mark. They didn’t have proper drinking water facility and the Geezer was not working properly, so we had faced many problems. So do read this once while booking an online hotel in udaipur.
