I am writing as a fellow education specialist having worked with national and international companies and foreign university as a country representative as well as the co-owner of the building directly opposite to this school across the lane. This school is run by hooligans. The franchise head Ms. Daisy Morena and her team along with her security guards think they are above law as money, power and political influences seem to have gone to their heads. They had the audacity to illegally cut down branches of a tree which is within my premises(private property) without taking our permission or informing us. The school went ahead with this cutting even after being asked to stop by my family. I am not sure if BMC has taken over the Kangaroo Kids franchise from Lighthouse Learning and if this school thinks that all public properties like roads and lanes belong to them. This shows disregard for law and the local residents and community, thereby creating a threatening environment towards senior citizens and local property owners. The school has also been blatantly promoting 2 wheeler parking in our gates. The ladies from this school(parents/staff) keep standing and blocking our entrances without consideration. The local residents are expected to wait in queues when the school cars come in the lane and are threatened or framed if anyone raises a concern. This school also seems to be against the local Maharashtrian community. I also don’t understand what they have to do with our private property which is not even touching this school Parents should reconsider this school if these are the values imparted to small children as these acts promote a very antisocial attitude and a complete lack of respect to existing laws.
