Dew months back kangra cooperative bank released the post for 4th grade clerk and I was very much interested in filling the form and give the test so I filled all the necessary online requirements and the last process was to submit the fee through KCC bank.
I went to the main branch of KCC in Dharamshala 176215.There was already a crowd in the bank but then the crowd was more because of their slow servers. After every 20 minutes their services were getting down and the fee deposit process was taking a lot of time.
It only took, 1 hour for 2 people and I was also stuck there due to the stamp I had already done in my challan.Sometimes some people were coming cutting the lines and it looked like they were their relatives so the work was fast for them but we were still waiting for the last 4 hours standing in the line.
Sometimes they would start taking on he phone or sometimes they will talk to staff. It was really frustrating experience as it took 7 hour for me to get the work done and I was really tired just standing.
I really think they should upgrade the system and get more efficient as their work is really slow and the servers are really bad and they need to work on that.
But I had a very slow and frustrating experience.
