The Nerolac shade - Pre-mix, as selected by us from the shade card -Flicker 2072P totally failed to turn out as shown in the sample and had actually veered to Marshmellow 2071P. When one is spending and paying for the amount as demanded by the Company, one can atleast expect to see the results as promised. Nerolac failed on TWO counts, as we ordered the same colour on 2 occasions to complete the room and on both counts it was a disaster. Do not think for a minute that the box shade always differs from the shade card.This was totally different. NO QUALITY CONTROL.
We had selected Nerolac over the competitions paint on the recommendation of our Project advisor Are we to blame ourselves for selecting Nerolac?
The Company shifted the blame to their distributor, saying they do the mixing of paints and sell in Nerolac boxes ( as authorised by them). Shame!
Not prepared to share the liability of the Principal.
