I had ordered a Karbonn A25 Black phone on August 6, 2013 through Flipkart and the phone needs a OS Flash since January 2015.
The service at the Service centers(Rajajingar) is pathetic as they do not answer calls. The OS is also not available anywhere that would easen my work.
Recently I had been to a service center near City Market, Bangalore which said that the Board is faulty and needs a replacement. I had tried to re-install the OS through few 3rd party mobile repair centers and they had confirmed that the board is good and only the OS needs to be flashed.
Service and Technical resolution at Karbonn service center is shocking. Does this mean that you manufacture a hardware that has life more than a year? Don’t you care about after sales / out of warranty service at all?
I will try an other service center and in case, if they repeat the same then I will use this handset as a paper weight and realize that I had chosen a incompetent brand.
I would also write this on all the websites and let people know what happened in my case after trusting Karbonn.
If you have a resolution to this, I would welcome and try out the options.
