The product is good compared to its price. It has features like it can be used as a storage device, webcam and modem for connecting it to internet. But when you connect it to your computer the computer does not recognize the device as it needs drivers.
When you go to the company’s website they do not have drivers for modem, for PC suite etc. They have provided just simple USB driver which will help you to connect your phone to your computer by a data cable and it will allow you to open 2 drivers (since its a dual sim phone).
There inside you can add music, images etc. You will also be able to use it as a webcam. But the problem will come when you want to use it as a modem. There is no PC suite. When you click the download PC suite it gives you the same folder for saving which it gave for USB drivers. What was most shocking to me was that for many other models the company has done a similar shabby job.
The camera of K9 is good even though it is 1.3 MP. Voice quality, Battery life is really good. Ear phones are cheap but voice output from them is good. For k9+ (updated version of K9) model there is no product download support. For model like A9 (android smart phone) also there are no drivers.
Karbonn phones are good but the company’s support is very poor. Especially the camera of A9 (android smart phone) is excellent. I will recommend everyone to buy their smartphones as they are reasonably priced. Most important thing is that their camera is excellent.
The ear phones are old type. But voice quality is good. Charger cum data cable is very innovative idea. Company needs to improve its website and product support.
