I recently bought you CARBON TITANIUM S5 from Flipkart in Chennai in the month of June 2013. Recently my phone stopped working so gave it your service people MOBILE INDIA. They just called me and said that there is water in mother board and we have to pay 5000.00 to rectify the problem. I’m a person who travels a lot and may be due to sweat the water would have gone inside without my knowledge, but no way of dropping in water.
I find that the cost is very high as I got the phone for only 11, 000 and its only a month since I got it. So please do the needful and consider my request which is possible and done by other manufacturers, for example HTC. My husband has one HTC 1 V for which they have done the mother board changes twice without any cost.
