Though I have a few good words for the phone, Karbonns services have let me down big time.
Purchased Titanium S5 on 15th May 2013 online from Indiatimes.com & just after a month, touch screen gave up.
Thinking this to be a solvable issue, I tried approaching Karbonn Customer Service dept & their so called Authorised service centers but even after 20 days, unable to get through even a single contact number. Dont believe me.. try for yourself:

Ive been left frustrated to go for this local brand instead of more accomplished ones like Samsung so request you all to stay away from this Phone/Brand coz even though theres a warranty of 1 year, no one will attend to your complaints even after 1 month!
