I must say that before launching of Karbonn titanium octane plus, I was so curious for this phone. But when I’ve bought it I was so disappointed. A worst service after sales. The service center is just a shop with a hoarding of Karbonn. The phone has a worst hardware ever. 16MP camera is just for showing of without knowing anyone the quality of it. Hardware is so poor that I’ve dropped it once and the back panel broken and the camera lens got too many dark spots. Charging port is so disgusting that it’s broke again and again. Service center took my phone for 2 months and then said the part is not available. "I mean seriously". Karbonn has just few models and you even don’t having the parts of them. Must say guys not having a phone is better than having Karbonn phones. No offence. But specially it allows on that model.
