Very Important, Need Valuable Comments on it.
Today I went with my family and friends to Karim’s Restaurant at Nizamuddin, New Delhi. They claim they are one of the Best in Asia.
So first we waited around 1 hr in Que outside of Restaurant, even there is no waiting area. After that we got table for 6 people, got menu card but no waiter came for order. After 20 minutes I called one waiter, he came and take order. after waiting 45 minutes my first order placed. we started eating. middle of it no waiter came for followup. I called twice then 1 waiter came and given us water and salads. the eating area was full with guest but there was no proper attention towards to guest by the waiter and the service management. When I complained to a waiter Named’ Samsuddin’ about the table manner and service he said’Paani de to rahe hain, table saaf kar to rahe hain.’ when I said I am your one of the old guest and I am here with my family and your service is very poor, I am not gonna to come here again. he replied with full of attitude’ koi baat nahi’.
There were 4 waiter and all are with the full of Attitude, no guest attention skills, no manners to talk and When asked about floor manager and complaint book, there was nothing available. I Suggest please Never go to Karim’s.
