Basically I am not from gurgaon but I came here for some business purpose. so as you know its too hot here so I haven’t had my lunch because of being busy in the meeting so at 4pm when the meeting is over I decided to eat something in restaurant. so I was walking on the road and my eyes land on Karims so I decided to get in and have some food. when I get in it was so nice to see the ambience of the karims. I like it there so I sat on the chair and ordered the shorba with coke and I waited for at least 20 minutes I was starving like hell. I was thinking karims was a good restaurant with a good service but I was wrong. so finally when the food came at my table. when taste my first bite it felt so bad. that was disgusting I never taste the food like this. the salt was too high an the oil too.
Food presentation :
it wasnt good the plates were not properly clean. there was alot of oil in the food and stinky tooo.
Customer Service:
customer service was so so bad. I didnt expect that they dont listen properly to customers. when they take orders they look here and there. they dont pay attention.
Value of Money :
its not worth it. they charge you so much. I hate it there.
I wont suggest anyone to have any food there.
