But she was critically acclaimed for the first time in Raja Hindustani for which she also won her first filmfare award n there after her position as an actress who was ready to claim Madhuri Dixit’s crown consolidated.She only grew stronger with films like Dil To Pagal Hai, Biwi No.1, Haseena Maan Jayegi, Fiza, Zubeidaa, Shakti.
Karisma had great onscreen chemistry with not one but three actors Govinda, Salman n Akshay Kumar.
