Karn Kuti restaurant is one of the worthless restaurant in the famous city of nagpur.I visited this restaurant and had an terrible experience over there.Their Staff and executive are very Unprofessional and irresponsible, they does not maintain proper hygeine and do not care about the comfort of their customers.There is not much of variety in their menu list, they also chares high amount for their average service.Some of the limitations of Karn Kuti restaurant are as follows.
1) .Food and Presentation - The food which they serve is of sour taste and kind smelly.It is not healty as they uses lot of edible oil which makes the food unhealthy.There is not much variety in their menu list with no maintenance of proper hygiene.
2) .Ambience - Atmosphere of Karn Kuti restaurant is very disgusting, I was very disappointed witht their poor service.There is no facility of air conditioning in the restaurant.They serve the food in broken plates.There is no availability of mineral water in the restaurant.Anunwanted smell always disrupts you there.
3) .Customer service - There customer service is pathetic.There staff members uses vulgur language and sometimes behaves rudely and harshly with their customers.They always takes very long time to serve, which can frustrates you.
3) .Value for money - They charges high amount for their average service.An normal French fries costs me rs500 there.There is no facility of paying the bill through cashless method.They do not provide a copy of invoice to their customers.
FROM MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE I STRICTLY RECOMMEND NOT TO PREFER Karn Kuti restaurant, nagpur.
