I had recently visited to the place on 25th Oct 2008 and believe me the experience was pathetic.. There are more monkeys than Birds and the place stinks.They charge 50 Rs to get inside your vehicle and 20 Rs per person entry fee..
I feel the entire charge is a total waste of money. There are no guides or maps available and you feel lost in the place. It seems there is some fort on the top but it takes more than 1.5 hrs and you have to trek. There is not even a restaurant where you can eat something or have a cup of tea. Its better to revisit your plans before you go to such a place.
In fact enroute to our destination while we were asking for some help on your way to the place.someone told us that there are no birds and nothing. But we let it go as a loose remark and went ahead.Wish we should have heard his words.
