You can get a glimpse of its bad service even on its website. When you try to log on for internet banking, you will get plenty of links telling you how great MoneyClick(its internet banking utility) is, how to get help and FAQ, and they even have a demo. But nowhere it tells you how to go to the MoneyClick login page in the first place.
Then you will discover a small link called Retail Banking Login which actually takes you to MoneyClick login page. Today I went to the Powai(Mumbai) branch of the bank to deposit Rs 1000 in cash into my brothers a/c in Delhi. They charged Rs 20 for it and handed over an interesting form to me. It had a field where you can hardly squeeze in your year of birth, but I had to write the account type and the 16-digit account number in that space. I really appreciate the user-unfriendliness of this bank !
