I was looking for a mortgage loan from a bank. One of my friend recommended to try from Karnataka Bank but I have some cibil issues. So, I went and spoke to Gnaneshwar who is the manager of Dilsukhnagar branch regarding this. I took my cibil report and showed him whatever problems I have. He told me if I close all the pending loans he would help me to get the loan.
However, I approched this bank through mediaters to get this mortgage loan approve. I informed the bank manager repeatedly that I have cibil issue but he said he want commission to approve this loan. I have agreed for it and as per the bank policies all the legal(Himayath Nagar-Advocate) and technical valvation has been done and spent 10000 bucks for it.
This manager sanctioned many loans and eaten the money like a pig from the customtakeouters(1 lakh/customtakeouter). I would have not worried if he tell me at the begging of the PD that he cannot approve loan but did all the F technical and legal and later says that he cannot do now.
I have sanctioned many loans who has cibil issues but not for me even though I have cleared all the pending loans which was reflected in my cibil report. I literally paid 90000 and cibil has been updated saying that loans got closed. So I dont understand what the big deal to sanction loan even though I have all the NOCS and Receipts with me.
I tell you what when this bugger is there in Dilsukhnagar and branch goes worst and someone please put a spy on him that he eats lot of commission from the customtakeouters.
If you have any doubts you can check if the legal is done from the bank advocate from Himayath nagar place or not. I have opened accts on my father, mother and mine.
This is really ridiculous and burning my A like anything.
