I opened my account near to one year, Unfortunately I am relocating other place where karnataka bank is not there, So I officially planned to close. When I ask to staff is there any charges for account closure, She told NO, then I processed closure procedures, when I get my remaining balance they deduct Rs 215/-, I asked to same staff, she is telling you have not completed one year so its charged.
I fought with her you have told no charges, then y u deducted, She is responding that I am not aware that u have not completed one year, , No one have told me that it will be charged for you..I told to reactive and reverse back my money..they refused that we cant help..So please don’t do any business with Karnataka bank .."They don’t know the value of customers they know how to suck money" Useless Bank..Worst Bank..Uncultured Bank.
