I often do NEFT related to my business. and a warm staff will always help in my nearest branch. so I rate its customer service is cool at branches(offline). but complete different story at online sector. one of worst experience possibility of successful login to my netbanking account is 1 out of 10.and probability of successful transaction(online transfer of money) is 1 out of 100 attempts.
In simple word net banking of KBL is Un professional especially if you have slower internet connection better to avoid it. I rate their online banking most worst. (while ATM service is Acceptable). Overall Rating for this Bank is..Good Staff and bad website .
