VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE KARNATAKA BANK

We are an established organization operating from kundapura, we holding current account in karnataka bank at kundapura branch and operating the account for the last 20 years, we would also let you know at we are one of the major customer. Having financial transaction in a huge volume. For the last few months we are not satisfied with the services rendered by the bank. Very recently we approach the kundapura branch in connection with opening of lc(letter of credit). Even after repeated communication with the bank no proper response was given.


The concerned branch manager is giving us many excuses and avoiding our presence like,


Example:-




  1. I forgot to type the lc




  2. I forgot to bring my pendrive




  3. I had a some busy work




  4. When we call the bank land number simply assistant manager miss guides (saying that manager busy or out of station).






Due to the above fact, our business is effecting also at the same time opening of lc is getting delayed


Very bad service of Karnataka Bank.
