Firstly, I am telling about what is KARTBAG. Kartbag is a online shopping site.
In this site, there are so many products like shoes, watches , clothes and phones. But, these products are too costly in this site.
2 months ago, I bought a watch through this site. It took 4 weeks for delivery of my product. And also took 78 rupay for shipping charge. That’s why I am telling, the customer service of this site is very poor. And delivery timelessness of the product is also very poor.
When I saw my product, the quality of my product is very poor. Really this was very bad for me at that time. Thats why, I am disliking this site.
