Hello friends I want to share your opinion about the kartbag.com as like I have seen this website on Instagram so I gone through this website before one month and I want to share that experience with all of you . So I am very disappointed by this website because I had face one problem so by evaluating that problem I had concluded that that this website is totally bad and worst their services are worst so once upon a time I had ordered shoes whose price was the near about 1900 so I had ordered that product as I saw it is of the leather and it is in good quality so I ordered it and estimated time was 3 or 4 days that product will be delivered to me but they have taken nearby 8 to 10 days for the delivery and that thing was most irritating to me because as they have given me the estimated time and I have to adjust the money in the two or three days and they have given me the product after 10 days so we can identify that it is really annoying . After that I open the product so I had saw the product which was shown in the website and the product which was delivered to me there was a slight difference between both of them because it was all looking so good and the product which was given to me it did not meet the quality of the product which was shown by them I really get irritated because as I had paid the 1900 rupees and quality was not good as per the 1900 rupees after that I call the customer care then they will given me the story that no sir you have made a mistake by choosing the product or something after that I decided to keep the product at me and close that website forever because this experience was bad with me because the product quality does not satisfy my condition with the quality . So there customer service and product quality is totally bad
