I had opened or tried to open a demat and trading acct with karvy and succeeded. First they lost my form, then my internet ID and finally my password was lost in transit. I took this as a one off exception but even the site’ karvyonline ’ is most user unfriendly and difficult to understand. The site is archaic and lacks the useful links as available in other sites. The cash transfer and available links are also not very lucid. They should definitely upgrade the site as soon as possible.
As a result i have stopped trading through karvy and listed for another online broker.
Final advice: Steer clear of karvy
