Hello friends. I will now share my experience in Karwar, a beautiful place, perhaps the border of Karnataka and India. Nobody can share you the experience of Karwar better than me as it is my birth place and I have spent my childhood and teenage in Karwar itself. I still can remember the beauty of my place. I don't know but there is something a magical experience in that town. Nobody wishes to returning to their place once they come to Karwar.
Most of you may not be knowing that once the famous Indian poet and creator of our national anthem "Rabindranath Tagore"had visited Karwar. He was mesmerized by looking at the beauty of the city and the beach in Karwar. So he called the Karwar as "Kashmir of Karnataka". In honour and memory of him, the Karwar beach is named as "Rabindranath Tagore Beach". You can even search in Google regarding this Beach and you will find even better results.
Now I shall tell you why Karwar is unique. The mother tongue of Karwarians is Konkani as it is very near to Goa state. Here if you visit atleast once you will get to Know that different types of fishes are available in Karwar. Karwar also has a "nuclear power plant in Kaiga"which is one of the most popular in India. Karwar is a home for "Largest Naval Base in which India's largest ship Vikramaditya has halted". The main center of attraction in Karwar is the Rabindranath Tagore Beach which has the most beautiful view during sunrise and sunset. Apart from that there is a science centre, large aquarium of fishes etc.
So guys whenever you visit Karwar, make sure you do visit all these places.
