Nothing less than a paradise.... Kasauli

Kasauli is the nearest hill station from my house. So me and my family always finds it convenient to visit kasauli for a respite from busy city life. We always stay at Air force station in kasauli because e are from the defence. We have been here end number of times but still you feel like coming there again and again. That’s the beauty of this hill station. There are a few tourist places here like the sunset point and sunrise point where you can see sunrise and sunset. The manki point is a small temple at about 6500* feet . There is a story behind the temple that lord hanuman on his way to find sanjivani booti had placed his right foot here. So if see an ariel view of the temple it is in the shape of a huge foot. Evenings are usually spent at the kasauli Club, a renowned and ancient Club built by the Britishers. The ambience and decor of the club is beautiful and the overlooking view of chandigarh city from there is mesmerising. The City has a small and cozy market place where you get basic necessities. If you are fond of samosas, jalebies and gulab jamuns then don’t forget to visit the famous Narinder sweets at heritage market. The Christ church in the heart of kasauli city takes you to the bygone era of Britishers. Although a small church but if you visit here you will feel positivity and contentment. You can also plan a day visit at the famous Lawrence School of Sanawar. But please do take prior permission to go there otherwise you are not allowed inside the premises. The school is built on a large landscape. If you enjoy trekking then you
