Bad customer support

I have bough a Kaspersky Internet Security 2009 with 3 computers license. I tried to install the soft and activate it. But I was unable to activate it as it was saying .the activation code(N.B. provided in box pack) is already in use. I tried to communicate the support team. But it took long time to get a response. After the response I sent all details of the product with purchase invoice to them. After that I got another activation key by mail. But that activation key contains only one computer license. I again communicated them with details. But did not any response yet. It is almost 1.5 months over from purchase date. Though the software is good and price is cheap, but I will recomend, do not buy KIS or KAV as you may face such problems. You may not be able to activate it and it will stop you from preventing from recent threats.
