They delivered wrong order. They don’t care about the customer.
I got 8 chapati(including 4 missi rotis, 1 nans, and 3 butter roti), and only one plate of shahi paneer.
How can 3 people eat that much of chapati with only one vegetable.
Order was 5 chapati(1 missi roti, 1 nan, and 3 butter roti) with 2 dal makhni.
They don’t think about customer. How he will manage to eat that.
We returned that food to them. They did not refund anything.
Also it was 11pm, so we had to rush to arrange food to some other places.
They said they did not have daal so sent same cost value of paneer. They could have ask for additional changes, for additional dish, which customer can always pay.
