Never heard or seen such a pathetic service. We bought a new balaneo 1.5 months back & gave for its 1st free service. Shocked to receive the car with the following:
Car was all wet & didn't dry properly before delivering.
Dashboard had extra shine strains on it.
Many parts of the interior was unclean.
Petrol strains created on the bonnet.
White marks created at the back door & back glass.
While we showed all this, the service manager of Vesu branch asked to give the car again & all would be sorted.
2 days later the car was taken again, none of the above 5 points were resolved, rather the point no. 2 - shiner strains were increased in the process of repairing it.
The GM Mr. Niral was contacted & he advised for a proper service again to his manager and the car was again taken for 2 days with all false promises & mental harassment to the customer.
We will insure neither to get any free/paid service done from the company & shall share with as many friends & families to don't fall on their free & bogus service trap.
