They being a NGO they always are running short of cash. I worked with them for 7 months in their publishing division. They are always on the lookout to take their employees money offering various reasons. They failed to pay me 3 month’s salary and offered various reasons.
Since their Executive Director has become old, she has lost touch with what is happening in the various departments of this NGO. The company is filled with foxes who show a good picture to the aging ED but if ones scratches the surface and goes little deep, the rot would be seen.
It is a good place for those who are well to do and have no care for money. If one enters this company to earn his bread and butter, he/she is going to be terribly disappointed.
