I particularly registered to this website to write about this disgraceful website. Like most of the people here, I had ordered a mobile phone in this website. I ordered for Diwali and haven’t got the product even till February. I felt cheated. I was so much bugged for opting this site. The customer care is just for the namesake, I think it was them who designed this website and eating all the money. They rarely pick calls.
The worst part is they track your mobile number after your order and they never pick calls from your number. From other numbers they might pick. Every time when they pick they give excellent excuses for not delivering the product. (Note: They had picked calls only once in a week) I thought my money is lost.
But my friend had told about customer dispute procedure in credit cards. Luckily I had bought the product by credit card. So all those people here who had brought the card in credit card don’t worry.
You can fill customer dispute (in Citibank its called so) form and send it to the bank with proper proofs or call your credit card customer care. Bank had refunded my money.
Hope it would help at least some people here.
This such a fraudulent website. They don’t deserve even a single star in MouthShut.
