Wrong product delivered and Pathetic service

All World, BEWARE of kaunsa and suggest not to purchase anything from kaunsa  website(if COD available, then u can take little risk)


Even I ordered a product from Kaunsa and got another product delivered. I’ve been then trying to reach Kaunsa team over the phone and mail for 1 week and finally on 8th day, I got a rep, who was not able to explain properly so I asked politely for a sup.She then transferred to her sup, who asked to contact the the seller. I told her even the seller is not reachable.So asked to keep trying and also they(Cust care team) will try from their end.So finally got  the seller over the phone who agreed that a different product was shipped and asked me to send a screenshot.so I did all that and even kept on remaining the kaunsa team via mail to support@kaunsa.com, because I was not convinced the way the seller told me and even also the words of the kaunsa Cust care team(even other few incidents happened in b/w, but I’m just making). Now when I call the seller, he would not even answer my calls. When I called today the kaunsa cust care team, they asked me to send the product back.


When I asked, how I can trust. What if in case I even loose the product I received now. The sup, she was saying that I will have a proof from courier guys . I said, it is not them(courier) I don’t trust, but it is you(Kaunsa) guys, that I cannot trust after all these incidents(also this sup said, the mailbox support@kaunsa.com is not monitored and  Customers will need to go inside their website to get an reply.This was not told to me earlier when I was able to reach someone from Cust care team rather  they said me to send screenshots and mails to that mailbox).


So I asked her in written(mail)or asked to promise me that in personal she will follow up on this case. But not sure, if the sup, was over-smart and also she just spoke nonsense and was talking it customers mistake who made the purchase from this seller and the customer needs to take care once the order is delivered.But one thing, she only said the truth about the mailbox not been monitored or replied.


How can a Customer trust a website who gives wrong info, wrong products, no proper customer service and people(sellers and cust care) who does not answer the calls always and makes the Customer to run around for everything(waste of money and time)?Also when I checked the kaunsa website, it says about return policy and doorstep pick up, but none of the reps from kaunsa told told about it(I live in Bangalore)?


Or is that because they(Cust care team) know that it is just to fool the Customers?
