To claim your money back all you have to do is, go to your credit card section or bank and raise a dispute request stating "Goods not received" or "wrong goods sent and the same return back" with an postal acknowledge.
Ask your banker to raise chargeback and to refund the transaction amount. The time frame for chargeback is within 120 days from transaction date, but try to dispute within 30 days.
