I made an order for T-shirt and shoes on 6 Jan 2014. I received both items on 13 Jan 2013, there is some problem in receiving.
The T-shirt size was wrong. So raised a complaint ticket from “MY ACCOUNT SECTION” within twenty four hours. I got revert back that, the intimation of my issue has been noted and Kaunsa is working on it.
After two days I got a call from their support team. They informed me that they arrange the reverse back, kindly send back your faulty product and Kaunsa will replace T-shirt with new one within two weeks.
This statement is correct, because I got new T-shirt on ninth day of reverse back. I am extremely glad, great work by this portal.
