I purchased Rayban Aviator glasses (2 Nos) from Kaunsa.com with ref Id: Kaun/223449. Received one pair and found that it is a duplicate, which does not even cost Rs.100/-. I did this in the end of Febraury and raised a complaint to Kaunsa.com with ticket-Kaun/T223449/WS2SFNELRO DT.22.02.2014. They said they are going to refund the amount in form of vouchers. Even after a lapse of 2 months nobody is responding. The contact mail id and phone is not working. It sells all duplicate items. Please don’t buy from this website!
