1 . CONTACT - my journey in kaya started with this - always ringing(not even engaged) and never attended, I had to go via tele group to even book an appointment with this branch
LONG HOURS OF WAIT - that too for an already booked appointment?! cheap strategy to make customers believe that they are full always
FREE! - this word goes long way among us . its natural to feel anxious about a procedure when it is regards to our body, hence this ad " FREE UNDERARM TRIAL " along with good reviews got me hanging around this place for 3 months with all the dissatisfaction the management could give even without me signing up for the actual treatment . one good thing to write about this place - the trial went good, I agreed to step forward
CUNNING CONSULTATION - The prices and package were mentioned along with offers and options and what I decided to opt and the final payment with taxes was written in their book and I took a snap of it and agreed to pay during my first session
which never happened! FALSE ASSURANCES AND NO PROPER DOCUMENTATION, NO COMMUNICATION NOR FOLLOW UP I have been trying to contact them since then for a month, couldn’t get an appointment cos I wanted to do laser treatment in one day consuming hours together . in every conversation with them I got assurance that the price is the same as discussed until I come for my first session as its already discussed . is it my fault I dint get an appointment? a difference of 20, 000 is no joke! I wasted months and I even turned down other places
STAFF - Finally getting to this part, unprofessional, unexplainable rude, just one out of many e.g. - a male staff asking a female customer " what are the body parts u want to do. " over the phone - the tone . so disrespectful! I had been asked the same question in person by another staff during our discussion about the package and prices after the trial session - that was professional, can’t explain the difference in this review . btw what was the reply he was expecting over the phone call - "bikini area, underarms."?
