Just wanted to let everyone out there know what cheats these Kaya Clinic people are!
I had booked a Laser Hair removal treatment from them and then had to go for an onsite assignment. As this happened suddenly, I could not start my sessions. So I requested them to cancel the appointment as I was going away on a 1 year assignment. But to my horror, they refused to refund the money that I had paid in advance to them ! And on top of that, justified it by saying they are a services organization and cannot get into refund !!!!!
Can you believe that ?! They suggested that I buy products worth that amount ( 7K ) as they do not have a refund policy. I have decided to take them to the Consumer Court but thought that its best that everyone gets to know how unscruplous these clinics are …Just beware before you get into any transaction with Kaya Clinics !
