Mine is acne prone and sensitive skin. I have been taking services from Kaya for the past 5-6 years under premium customer category. Today i'll be reviewing on their services as well as products.
Services - I have gone through peels, facials and Q-switch.
Peels didn't work for me much except once which was I think glycolic peel. This peel resulted to peeling off my skin to fresh skin for sometime. When I had too much acne, none of the proceedures worked for me. I had to go through medications consulting dermatologist ( but not from Kaya) .
Facials are good especially formulated for radiant and tanning. Would go for facials again.
Q-switch has made my skin more sensitive and lead to thinning of outer layer of my facial skin. I didn't see much difference with this procedure and find facials better.
Products- they have quite good range of products for skin and hair.
I used to use CTM for oily skin. But didn't see results even after long term use of products.
Vitamin C and brightening serum gave me few more acne and comedones.
I just love Kaya's sunscreen formulated for sensitive skin and recommend as well. This is light weight formula and I didn't feel it heavy and oily. For me this is just perfect.
Kaya is good brand. Hygiene is their USP. I believe they need to work more on quality of products since I want to stick to them because of hygiene and trust that atleast facials will not harm my skin as it happens in other salons.
