Awful in all respects. Staff are not qualified, the Dr there, is useless. Its just a money making racket - they prey on vulnerable people, who may not know any better.
I have good skin and have never had any problems with it. I just wanted to try out the place, so booked an appointment for 2 treatments. I was told that the therapist was "very experienced and one of our bestgirls." When I went there, they asked me to see the Dr about any problems I had - I said I had none - I had just come to try out the clinic. The Dr had nothing much to say - she complimented me on my skin and wanted to know what which products I was using to get such good skin!
Re: Treatment - The girl was very sweet and said that she had "just finished her training" and had joined the clinic less than 1 week ago. I was told the complete opposite at the time of booking. She finished my 2 treatments in 45 mins - they should have taken 1 1/2 hours. She said she didn’t know what to do as I had no skin problems! I said I had booked 2 treatments which cost a lot of money and if she was finishing them both in 45 mins, then it would be more expensive than having them even in Europe! I asked her for the name of her Manager(who had made the booking), as I was going to take this matter further and write to the owner, and also the fact that the Manager had lied to me about the girl being very experienced. She went out, spoke to the Manager and came back saying, that the Manager was also new and had said, that under the circumstances, they would charge me only 50% of the price for both treatments! The Manager did not even have the courtesy to come and see / talk to me as she was clearly in the wrong. I paid the bill and left. NEVER AGAIN! The place is an absolute con!
