Been to famous Kayani bakery at Pune. Heard so much about it that I was very keen to taste the famous Schweezberry biscuits at any cost. You have to stand in a line well before that shop opens. I reached there almost 1/2 an hour before the actual opening time.
There were many others like me :)
Ambience & Decor > Does it really exist there. Very ordinary. even my neighbourhood bakery is better in looks.
Value for Money > Just Good if not Awesome or out of the world experience. Frankly I find them costly. I mean I had better things elsewhere in similar cost. Even the breads were just ordinary.
Taste > I found them overy hyped. I am more angry because they create (or lets say Pune public) lot of Hype & promise you the moon. But I found it short of taste & experience.
Customer service > Lots of rush & no one to take care. I think they deliberate do it. They just want to cash on hype & do very little for customers.
Overall verdict: A disappointing experience. May be I expected more due to this generated hype but nothing great of an experience. Just simple ordinary.
PS: I recommend all of you to try Fruit Biscuits at Karachi Bakery, Hyderabad. Thatz far better that age old Kayani bakery.
