It is a dry, easy to serve and claims great nutrition. I find it an easy breakfast where milk is also part of the daily regime. Kellas chocks are tasty and can keep you up till lunch. For the ones who are trying it for the first time could get the 10 rupees pack of it to try.
I have been eating it since 2-3 years and is really liking it. The main thing is the chocolate flavour which is liked by children and they love to have it in their breakfast. I would encourage people to have it in their diet as it is really tasty and healthy.
