Even though Kelshi is my hometown, I have visited this place only once. But this place has kept me completely mesmerized in that one single visit. kelshi is one place you should visit if you happen to travel konkan. There is also Mahalaxmi temple near to the beach. This temple was built during peshwa regime. There are also many other historic places nearby. Greenery around the beach will surely attract your eyes.
Only problem is accessibilty and hotel accomodation. As kelshi is away from dapoli, you need to have your own personal vehicle with you if you want to travel with ease. Also it is very difficult to find a hotel accomodation in kelshi as there are very few hotels nearby. So to solve this problem. you can either stay in a hotel in dapoli or can find a house stay in kelshi.
