I have purchased your washing machine Model Kelvinator KT6012TR-FAU 6 KG Fully on 14th of October 2015 and facing lot of issues with it.
- I have logged 1st complaint on 29th Aug. 2016(GUR2908160163)and the technician visited on 30th Aug. 2016 and we told him that sometimes the machine is not working and some times it works. He did not touch the machine and told some scaling issue and gave some pouch of antiscaling work Rs180 and told to run machine once with it and left.The service request was closed.
2.On 8th October my machine start giving problem again and we logged the complaint again on 9th October 2016(GUR0809160202) and the technician visited on 12th October and checked and found some sensor is faulty and left.He said that after 2 days person will come with the spare and replace. Today your engineer visited again and came with wrong part and told the PCB is also faulty. As per them they have to arrange 2 new spares again I have to wait for 3-4 days till the spare availability.
This shows how smart your service engineers are and how durable is your product . Please do the needful at earliest or replace my machine. Its very difficult to to manage even 2-3 days without machine and I am facing the problem from last 15 days.
The Service engineers are worst part of this organisation.
