Kendriya vidyalaya’s are mostly located in airforce bases, thus there is always a mix of culture in the school invariable to where or in which city the school is located.
You go to any classroom in a KV you are very likely to find students from all over the country(kids of IAF personnel’s) that’s one big reason why KV’s celebrate all the functions and festivals with so much of zest and pride.

That intelligent fellow who teaches me mathematics a day before the exam was from Orissa.
The girl who ties Rakhi on my hand for every Raksha Bandan was from Kerala.
The girl who steals my tiffin box an hour before the interval every single day was from Ahemadabad.
Our cricket team captain was from Delhi.
At last my crush was from Punjab;)
I totally had one hell of an experience while studying in KV.
By the time we were in 12th grade. Our school just had 2 sections with 35 students each in biology section and computers section. Though the class was two and the number of students were 70. We just had one gang. The 12th gang. Trust me we all attended birthdays, new year parties all together.

Answer to your question: As far as education is concerned it’s you who has to work hard and make your dreams come true. It’s just that when you are studying in such a place the experience you get and the relationships you develop has a major impact on how good and mature you become as a human being.
