Recently I bought this Kenstar cooler for my parents as it was required to control the temperature. It was working fine in the shop it may be because AC was running inside the shop so I felt cooler is throwing that cool air.
No doubt that cooler is silent but cooling is a big zero.
All negative and positive points of cooler that I observed are below:
Positive:
Small and handy which is easy to move and take less space.
Fan sound is very less.
Design is attractive with enough water tank of 40ltr.
Negative:
Cooling is a big zero.
Air throw is also less., it does not throw air to the person who is sleeping at other side of bed.
Price is too high as per quality of cooler.
Product is not reliable.
Service and support is bad. Air throw is not good so I called customer care and they bluntly answered that at this price range its OK. Now they will decide what is o
OK for me or not after spending almost 10000 rupees.
Required things for a cooler are not present in this model, its waste of money.
