I bought the Kenstar Double cool DX two years ago it worked fine in summer. Usually we don’t use the coolers in rainy season and winter season. It stopped consuming water for couple of days and I called the customer service centre for some one to check the condition of it. A guy came for repairing it and changed the dry grass and fixed a new motor in it. It worked for 5 days and stopped working. It’s very disappointing spending time with out cool breeze in this hot summer. That to I stay in 3rd floor which makes my house very hot due to the day sun.
