I purchased this 1 1/2 yrs back. My mixy had some problem so I thought of buying a food processor instead but I would say you should buy it only if u have to use the processing part.
The mixer part makes lot of noise and the appliance takes lot of space to store. It comes with a lot of small and big attachments which takes further space so if u really need that go for it otherwise traditional mixies are good enough.
i use my processor only to grate carrots for making halwa or chopping methi leaves. And all the parts need to be washed very well. The mixer part is only used frequently.
Regarding the service I didnt hav any break ups so I dont know about that part . But ya for demo I had to folow up for a week and then the person came though I was told that he would come the very next day.
