Pathetic post sales service

I bought this item in April 2007 and within 15 days the motor gave away. Their booklet did not have the correct number and I had to call "Just Dial" to get a number. I had to call atleast 10 times as every number I called gave me a different number to call.


It took another 15 days time for the technician to come after registering the complaint. The techynician was unskilled and damaged the roter by using pliers. He found the the motor need to be replaced and took it away with him.


He came back after another 15 days and replaced the motor but the rotor gives a strange noise as it was not alligned properly.


I decided to hire a local technician wo did a perfect job and it is working fine.


Yes, after purchasing the item from the shop, I found that the same item was available at 4000/- in future bazaar. It was my mistake not to check the price and make a hasty decision.
