I have bought a Kenstar Geyser 2 years back and since then in every 1 or 2 months, I had to change the Tank due to leakage. The warranty of this product for the tank only is for 6 years and the changing of the Tank is still going on...After every 2 months, the Tank gets leaked, not sure what kind of quality the tank they supply everytime.
I’m not recommending this product. Also, the Customer Care is a bulls. The customer care is of some other company. I DON’T HAVE ACCESS TO THE KENSTAR COMPANY. Neither can I send emails or call anybody from the company because they don’t have such details mentioned on their website.
I would not even like to rate - it is not even eligible for rating.
