Hi, I have been a religiously reading up reviews on mouthshut.com and now I think it’s time to give back something. I have been using kenstar water purifier for almost 2 years now.The only reason why I decided to go in for kenstar was simply because of the price and the looks.It was reasonably priced at 5000 RS and the dealer promised a good service.Now here’s where things went horribly wrong.
The purifier is still working fine, though the quality of the filter is suspect.What I found appalling is the fact that the company dint bother to send someone for the free service scheme.Finally when I contacted them, they took ages to come and by the time they came the warranty period was over!!! And then cleaning the Filter is tough .
So, if you are planning to go in for a water purifier, think twice before buying kenstar, better go in for aqua guard, RO, water filter....
