Horrible service

I purchased the oven sometime back and the bulb has gone 5 times already in less than a year. The service people come and change the bulb but it goes off again and the bulb they put is really dim and not as bright as the original one. I do not recommend Kenstar to anyone. Their products are good but they after sales service is terrible which is what is most important. I have been given numbers to contact of some managers and they in turn gave me an email address to write to. I wrote to them and still nothing has happened.


Everyone just passes on the problem to someone else. Lot of other people also have the same problem and kenstar is not doing anything about it. The microwave is stil under warranty but nothing is being done. The person who comes home to change the bulb also tells me that all the customers face this same problem abd he has told his boss about this problem that everyone is facing but nothing is being done. The new bulb he keeps putting is half as dim as the original one and it is difficult to see things which are cooking in the microwave.
