My name is swetank agrawal. I bought this cooler 1 month ago. when I was buying this cooler then I thought kenstar is very old and very popular company then cooler of kenstat company is very good. But in reality this product is the worst product of this company guys.
CUSTOMER SERVICE: Customer service is good they always suppor us
COOLING AND SOUND: Cooling is average and sound is too high. when cooler is running then really head pain. please don’t buy this product.
RELIABILTY: Only few people are buying this product because this is a cheap product.
VALUE FOR MONEY: Only money wasting product.
